Portsmouth chief to take on CCG leadership

Proposals have been made for Portsmouth City Council’s chief to take on leadership of his Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

If approved by the city’s health and wellbeing board and NHS England, the council’s chief executive, David Williams, would become the accountable officer for the CCG.
