Powys CC has pledged that a children’s services restructure that will be in place by April will provide ‘better support and outcomes for families’.
A report last week by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) said there continued to be areas of practice where there were ‘serious concerns’ more than a year after a critical inspection.
