Pressure caused by racism at work is taking a toll on council social workers, with one in 10 on the brink of quitting their jobs, a new report has said.
Based on a survey of almost 2,000 social workers, the report found nearly one in five have experienced increased anxiety due to racism, with 8% considering leaving the profession entirely.
