'Real cuts' warning after overspend

Rotherham MBC faces having to make ‘real cuts and reductions in service provision’ after recording a £9.6m overspend in 2018/19.

A report to a meeting of the council’s audit committee last week warned current spending levels in social care services were ‘not sustainable beyond 2018/19’.
