A t first glance, Tandoori paneer, ‘vegetarian chicken’ and mozzarella doesn’t sound like the ideal pizza topping – a culture clash if nothing else. But when the leader and two top officers from Redbridge LBC sat down with The MJ for lunch in Gants Hill, there was a collective surprise that Mr Singh’s vegetarian pizza restaurant managed to blend such seemingly conflicting cuisines into a genuinely tasty meal.
