Councillors at Cambridgeshire CC have issued a major warning about a development firm part-owned by the authority.
An independent report discussed by members warned that This Land, incorporated in 2016 to sell and develop land bought from the council, has sold sites at a loss and may be relying heavily on unsecured new sites in its business plan.
