Schooling: share best practice to eradicate CSE

Ofsted’s national director for social care has urged councils to better share best practice in an effort to ‘disrupt, prevent and put an end to’ child sexual exploitation. 

Pointing to several examples of innovative local authorities, schools and partner organisations across the country, Eleanor Schooling said she was ‘concerned’ that certain groups of vulnerable children ‘not in mainstream education’ were slipping beneath the radar.
