Scots, Welsh and NI call for ‘more clarity’ over budgets

Politicians from Britain’s devolved administrations have called for more clarity from Whitehall over the UK Government’s future spending plans.

The finance ministers from Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland met in Edinburgh last week to discuss the forthcoming Spending Review, which is due to be delivered on 25 November.
