Powys CC needs ‘significant’ support from the Welsh Government and the Welsh Local Government Association (LGA) to ensure sustainable improvement, a critical report has concluded.
A review by external adviser to the Welsh Government, Sean Harriss, said while Government intervention was not necessary, sector-led improvement would be required if the council was to make progress.
