Serco's Glasgow asylum evictions ruled lawful

Serco has fended off a legal challenge to its plan to evict failed asylum seekers in Glasgow.

Lord Tyre ruled that Serco and the Home Office could lawfully evict people from accommodation they had provided without a court order being required.
