Adult social care will receive a ‘significant amount of funding’ in the Spending Review, a minister has pledged.
Speaking in the House of Lords last week, health minister Baroness Blackwood said: ‘We accept that there will need to be a significant amount of funding as part of the Spending Review commitment.
'That is being considered at the moment and will be coming forward imminently.’
