Last week I spoke at the Social Value Leaders’ Summit in Birmingham about a new vision for social value.
To my continuing surprise a decade on from the Public Services (Social Value) Act being passed into law, I was struck by how many business leaders, local councils and social enterprises are still discussing its future.
