South Ribble chief executive resigns

South Ribble BC’s chief executive has resigned after a year on ‘special leave’.

Heather McManus has been on full pay since being asked to temporarily step down from her role last May, along with her deputies Tim Povall and Gregg Stott, who left last summer.
