The South of England continues to dominate the top performing places, according to the Grant Thornton 2019 Sustainable Growth Index rankings.
Published today (November 28), the index reveals Cambridge is the number one ranked place, followed by two London boroughs - Westminster and Camden – then Oxford and Wokingham.
