Southampton to cut costs by bringing services back in-house

Southampton City Council has renegotiated its contract with Capita, with some services coming back in-house to help cut costs.

The strategic partnership was originally signed in 2007 and was due to expire next year, but the firm confirmed last week the amended agreement will now run to 2022.
