Chancellor Philip Hammond has announced he plans to launch a full three-year Spending Review before the summer recess if a Brexit deal is agreed.
Delivering his Spring Statement today, Mr Hammond said he hoped to conclude the review, which will agree departmental budgets beyond the NHS, alongside this year’s Budget in the autumn.
