Surrey chief McNulty steps down

Surrey CC chief executive David McNulty will retire at the end of September after eight years with the council. 

Council leader David Hodge announced the retirement at a council meeting, saying it was ‘with genuine personal disappointment’ that he had accepted his chief executive’s resignation.
