Concerns over ‘financial irregularities’ have led Northumberland Council to make sweeping changes in its wholly-owned development company, Arch.
The changes follow a highly-critical report to the council’s audit committee that identified a number of irregularities around overseas trips, hospitality and sponsorship deals.
