By some estimates the pandemic has fast forwarded the move to online by three years, catapulting landlords into a position they didn’t want to be in and thought they still had time to avoid.
From this destruction comes an opportunity to take our High Streets and remake them into a destination for the communities they serve, but leaves retail centres with bland, generic environments and offers at risk.
