Tory state aid proposals spark controversy

Questions have been raised over plans to loosen state aid rules post-Brexit under a Conservative government.

On the General Election trail, Prime Minister Boris Johnson has promised to redraw rules that limit public sector interventions that are deemed to distort free markets.
