Two prominent women chief executives have departed from their posts after falling victim to a change of political control at their authorities.
Trafford MBC chief executive, Theresa Grant, and Kingston upon Thames LBC chief, Charlie Adan, have both departed this week, following the outcome of the local elections in May.
