Buckinghamshire Council is to reveal proposals for a devolution deal that it hopes will become a template for non-metropolitan authorities nationwide.
While the plan is still being finalised ahead of its unveiling at cabinet meeting next month, council leader Cllr Martin Tett said it would help Buckinghamshire become a ‘major player in the country’.
