Victims call for document disclosure

CSA (child sexual abuse) victims want disclosure of communications between Devon CC, Home Office, insurance firms and police to ascertain whether they colluded in limiting past damages claims.

Lawyers acting on behalf of CSA victims in Devon – and other parts of the UK - are seeking disclosure of official documentation amid concerns the insurance industry and others sought to heavily limit councils’ financial exposure to reparations for children abused while in care.
