I’m a simple geezer. Business works like this – buyer wants something, seller offers it and if the price is right they do the deal. Bosh. And then you come to the housing market and all the rules go out the window.
In housing you’ve got plenty of demand and not enough supply. Well if you’ve got demand then eventually someone comes along to provide it. I mean that’s bleeding capitalism ain’t it?
