Well done that student who won damages off the university she attended saying it was a pile of crap.
We need to do the same whenever we get rubbish service off the public sector. I mean if you buy faulty goods in a shop you get your dosh back, in a restaurant you don’t tip if the service is lousy and even the trains give you a refund if they’re late though it takes about two years before they cough up.
