The only thing that’s been levelling up is the weather. Did you see it’s as hot in Manchester as it is in London? That’s a result and it’s nothing to do with Boris.
It’s all to do with climate change apparently, except the only problem with that argument is the last three months have been rubbish and no one blamed six weeks of drizzle on climate change then. They just said it was down to the Jet Stream or whatever.
