Wiltshire reshuffles its management team

Wiltshire Council has decided to overhaul its leadership structure after the departure of one of its executive directors.

The senior management team will be reduced from three posts to two when Dr Carlton Brand leaves the council on 10 January, with Terence Herbert becoming chief executive officer for people and Alistair Cunningham taking the role of chief executive officer for place.
