Northern Powerhouse minister Jake Berry has ruled out a Yorkshire-wide devolution deal.
Making his first official visit to Yorkshire as Northern Powerhouse minister yesterday, Mr Berry insisted the historic county’s city leaders must press their individual cases for the transfer of powers and funding.
