‘So what?’ This is a question one of my councillors frequently asks. It’s a really important one that brings you back to why you are doing things and, most importantly, what changes mean for our residents, service users, businesses and staff.
Given the complex financial landscape we currently work in, remembering to answer the ‘so what?’ question becomes ever more integral to the way in which we present information.
