The long-awaited review of Homes England is finally out – and the upshot is that the agency has no intention of returning to a policy of thinly ‘spreading the jam’.
Instead, we are currently looking at 23 liberal dollops of jam – focusing resources and attention on the places that would, according to Homes England, most benefit from extra development investment rather than trying to be all things to all people.
