Care sector 'in the dark' over immigration clampdown

The public has been have been ‘left in the dark’ over the impact on social care following a clampdown on immigration rules, peers have said.

It follows the removal of care workers’ rights to bring family members to the UK and restrictions on sponsorship to Care Quality Commission-registered firms, introduced last month.
