Councillors back Greater Lincolnshire devolution deal

Proposals for a mayoral devolution deal for Greater Lincolnshire have been approved by the three upper-tier councils.

Lincolnshire CC, and North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire councils backed the level three agreement, which will bring in £24m a year.
