Extra steps taken to prevent poll fraud in Tower Hamlets

The chief executive of the Electoral Commission has revealed that extra steps have been taken to address the risk of electoral fraud in Tower Hamlets.

With local elections only a month away Bob Posner has written to local government minister Kemi Badenoch to say ‘additional steps’ have been taken ‘in areas with a history of concerns about electoral integrity, such as Tower Hamlets’.
