LGA strikes £20m improvement deal

Whitehall is looking to strengthen the sector-led improvement regime in its latest £20m deal with the Local Government Association (LGA), The MJ understands.

A memorandum of understanding for 2018/19 between the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and the LGA is due to be published within the next few days.
