MJ Forum 15: £500m funding boost to unlock property assets

Up to £500m is being made available to help the public sector unlock the value of property assets.

The funding boost from Public Sector Plc (PSP) - announced at the MJ Future Forum yesterday - will help the next tranche of public sector organisations pursue a Relational Partnering approach to property.

Ten pathfinder partnerships have also demonstrated how councils can access private sector funds to review property and land portfolios, create capital and revenue streams, and regenerate town centres.
