Making every decision 'process perfect'

It’s that time of year again when we start to think seriously about what consultations we need to put in place to ensure budget decisions made later this year are not subjected to judicial reviews.

I think it is inevitable that as budget reductions start to bite at the heels of very specific and difficult areas of need, the public sector will see more residents looking towards the judicial review as a way of overturning budget decisions.
