Scottish and Welsh councils outperform England for ethnicity data

Scottish and Welsh councils are outperforming their English counterparts for publishing workforce ethnicity data, a new report has revealed.

A report by senior officers’ group Solace presented to its Birmingham summit this week found all councils in the two countries released workforce ethnicity data, contrasting with all regions of England where the data was either unavailable or incomplete.
