Setting out the foundation of a long-term housing plan

England has seen various crises over the last few years, ranging from coronavirus, to the rising cost of living. Unfortunately, one consistent issue that has been around even longer is the housing crisis.

Successive governments have tried to address unaffordability, delivery and infrastructure challenges, with the latest reform in December’s updated National Planning Policy Framework.
