I was walking on Poole harbour dreaming about what boat I would have if I had the money to buy one (which I haven’t!). Would I have a super-fast speed boat or a triple decker sunseeker? Choices, choices.
Clearly, this is a completely hypothetical choice, but it did start me thinking about how, when you have very little or no money, your choices diminish. For large cohorts of our communities how much real choice do they have?
