Nine out of 10 council leaders, chief executives and mayors are concerned about the impact of a second coronavirus wave on their area, a quarterly survey has found.
Almost three-quarters (74%) of respondents to the latest leadership index by think-tank NLGN said they were not receiving enough support from the Government to deal with a potential second wave.
