ADCS conference: Children's services are in the red zone

Children’s services are in the ‘red zone’ and could be ‘overwhelmed’ next year in the event of a one-year Spending Review, a senior director has warned.

Chair of the Association of Directors of Children’s Services’ (ADCS) resources and sustainability policy committee, Matt Dunkley, told The MJ his colleagues despaired at the prospect of Brexit delaying a three-year review.
