The MJ has appointed Heather Jameson as its new editor, taking over from long-serving Michael Burton.

Heather has stepped up from the post of deputy editor, while Michael will also be moving up, to become full-time editorial director of The MJ, and to assume a more prominent role across parent company the Hemming Group's other publications and websites.
