The mists surrounding Brexit may be taking time to clear. But at the same time, areas of our economy are brought into much sharper focus: our business supply chains, local skills needs and the relationship between major business and place.

In short, Brexit confirms the importance of an industrial strategy that doesn’t pick winners but re-sets the relationship between Government and business, and between business and place.
