A council senior officer has said staff may head back to the office this winter in a bid to keep their energy bills down.

Director of resources at Leeds City Council Neil Evans told a scrutiny committee meeting that while many staff at the council have been based at home because of financial pressures, they could decide by September that it was cheaper to be office-based.
