Brokenshire in trade-offs warning

Local government secretary James Brokenshire has warned that trade-offs will be necessary in the fair funding review.

Speaking at the District Councils’ Network national conference yesterday, Mr Brokenshire said he wanted to ‘build a strong consensus’ around the review that was ‘informed by the best available evidence’.
