Greater Manchester Mayor, Andy Burnham, has warned the Government not to take the same centralised approach to recovery as it has to the coronavirus crisis.
He called for a national wide campaign to ‘Build back better’, harnessing the benefits of lockdown like cleaner air, a better work-life balance and a greater emphasis on exercise.
