Burns faces possible redundancy

The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy’s immediate past president, Andy Burns, is facing possible redundancy from his day job.

Staffordshire CC has proposed deleting Mr Burns’ role as director of finance and resources and that of director strategy, governance and change - held by John Tradewell – and creating a new role, director of corporate services.
