Business leaders urge Bristol councils to get on with devo

Business leaders in the South West have urged councils in the Bristol area to speed up plans for a new combined authority and elected mayor.

They warned business was suffering as a result of declining productivity, skills shortages, inadequate transport infrastructure, congestion and the spiralling cost of housing.
