CQC ‘still has long way to go’ warns NAO

The regulator at the centre of fierce criticism over alleged blunders has made good progress, according to the National Audit Office (NAO).

But the Care Quality Commission (CQC) still has a long way to go to demonstrate ‘effectiveness and value for money,’ the NAO warned.
