Cash for innovation programme after minister's praise

The children’s social care innovation programme will receive £100m over its life, the National Children and Adult Services Conference has been told.

Children’s minister Edward Timpson told delegates today that the £30m from the Government this year would be more than doubled in the programme’s final year.
